I first met Joleen on Facebook in 2011 or 2012 via Jerry Saltz’s wall posts. We conversed back and forth on facebook and we finally met in person while we both went to see a performance by Gary Lucas. Shortly after that we met for drinks and a photo booth portrait. But that’s not all. Joleen recruited some people in the bar that I didn’t know and they took portraits with me. Like Kelly Camille Patterson and Jim and Ryan.
