I met Alison about a month before we took this photo. We were strangers when we met. We met at the New York Historical Society for a screening of Double Victory, a film which documented the Tuskegee Airmen. George Lucas was there for the conversation before the screening. (On a side note, its also when George Lucas signed my bible). Alison and I remained in touch and we finally met up again for this portrait. Allison started “She Matters,” a great organization helping women. She is also an expert in social media.
